Job Description

The Case Management Officer (CMO) at Habiganj Unnayan Sangstha is a pivotal role where you'll enhance the quality of project implementation and maximize participant satisfaction. If you possess a strong background in social work or psychology and want to contribute to meaningful projects, this is the job for you!Major Responsibilities:Conduct individual assessments using psychometric profiling and identify participants for Business Management Training (BMT) and the Apprenticeship Program (AP).Provide individual and group counseling, assist in career planning, and support program participants to excel through supervision and mentoring.Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and community mobilization programs, ensuring coordination with other service providers.Input and analyze data in the Case Management System (CMS) software.Prepare progress reports in a timely manner.Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.Work Station: Habiganj Unnayan Sangstha (Habiganj District). Extensive field visits required.Assignment Duration: 5 Years.Education Requirements:Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Development Studies from a government-approved university. Candidates with multiple third divisions will not be accepted.Skills and Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in Case Management, Psychosocial Counseling, or related fields.Training in Case Management and Counseling will be considered a plus.Excellent Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Superb written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla; local language proficiency is an advantage.Women are strongly encouraged to apply.Additional Information:Age requirement: 30 to 45 years.Salary: Consolidated Tk. 47,700/- (inclusive of taxes as per Bangladeshi law), with annual festival bonuses.Interested candidates from Bangladesh are encouraged to apply before the deadline!
