Job Description
RDRS Bangladesh is on the lookout for passionate individuals to fill the role of Case Management Officer for its RAISE Project, a significant initiative funded by PKSF aimed at empowering the rural poor in the northwest region of Bangladesh. The Case Management Officer (CMO) holds a crucial role in enhancing project implementation quality, ensuring maximum satisfaction of both project participants and stakeholders. In this pivotal position, the successful candidate will oversee the enrollment process of trainees into employment, coordinating closely with the Project Implementation Unit (PIU). Conduct thorough individual assessments via psychometric profiling to identify promising candidates for Business Management Training (BMT) and Apprenticeship Program (AP). Deliver individual and group counseling, assist in career planning by assessing the needs, preferences, and capabilities of program participants, and provide them with the necessary support to thrive in their respective roles through intensive monitoring and coaching. Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and meetings while coordinating with relevant partners to manage case referrals effectively. Maintain accurate records by entering and updating data into the Case Management System (CMS) and analyze them as per the requirements set by the Project Management Unit (PMU). Support the organization of seminars, workshops, training sessions, and other community mobilization strategies. Contribute to the preparation of timely monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly progress reports. Execute any additional tasks assigned by the management. Qualifications: Master's degree preferably in Social Welfare, Social Work, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Education from any government-approved university. Candidates must not have more than one 3rd Division/class in their academic history. At least 5 years of relevant experience in fields such as Case Management, Psychological Counseling, Information Management, or Training within a development organization. Age preference: At most 45 years old (age may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates). Proficiency in communication skills (both oral and written) in Bengali and English is essential. This is a contractual position based at our office in Rangpur.
