Job Responsibilities
- Reinforce adherence to the GBV guiding principles and women-girl-survivor-centered support throughout all activities in women and girls Centers.
- Adhere to women-girl-survivor-centered support and GBV guidelines in all case management and psychosocial interventions.
- Provide age-appropriate case management, including assessment of needs and action plans.
- Collaborate with health teams for safe access to services.
- Provide support to child and adolescent survivors of GBV.
- Lead age-appropriate group emotional services for vulnerable women and girls.
- Maintain effective relationships with partners and community leaders.
- Document cases professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Excellent listening and observation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect in all interactions with survivors.
- Familiarity with GBV and women's rights issues.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a diverse environment.

Our passionate and dedicated team works tirelessly to bring a lasting impact to communities in need.Job Overview:In our ongoing efforts to support Rohingya Refugees and Bangladeshi communities, we are looking for a WPE Caseworker to be part of our dynamic team in Cox’s Bazar. This position entails providing direct case management, individual counseling, and group-based psychosocial activities in women’s safe spaces.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will:Reinforce adherence to GBV guiding principles throughout all activities.Provide age-appropriate case management, including assessment of needs and development of action plans.Collaborate closely with health teams to ensure the well-being of women and girls in our care.Engage in dynamic group activities for women and girls demonstrating our commitment to supporting their recovery.Identify and address GBV concerns while maintaining confidentiality.Maintain effective working relationships with community leaders and partners.Document all cases and prepare monthly activity reports.Requirements:Applicants should possess:A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Science, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Gender and/or GBV.Proven experience in counseling, particularly for women and girls.A strong desire to work within a multi-cultural environment.Work Conditions:Location: Ukhiya & Teknaf Camp, Cox’s BazarJob Nature: ContractualContract Duration: Until December 31, 2025, with possibilities for extension.Application Process:If you’re passionate about making a difference and meet the requirements, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding job opportunity.
