Job Responsibilities
- Support the Site Development (SD) team to create Cash for Work (CFW) labor profile using the KoBo tool.
- Assist the SD team for compilation of data of CFW activities and share with relevant team.
- Support the SD team for verification and consolidation of CFW labor list.
- Assign CFW labor as per request of the supervisor and maintain rotation policy.
- Maintain CFW labor attendance using KoBo tool for all activity in camp level on a daily basis.
- Support Information Management (IM) Team in verifying bi-weekly CFW payment beneficiary list.
- Support finance unit in CFW payment process.
- Facilitate community meetings and participatory approaches related to site care and maintenance activities.
- Support in documentation
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Description
Enroute International Limited is seeking a dedicated CFW Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a leader in humanitarian services, our company plays a pivotal role in empowering communities and aiding development projects. Job Responsibilities Support the Site Development (SD) team to create Cash for Work (CFW) labor profiles using the KoBo tool. Assist the SD team in compiling data of CFW activities and sharing it with relevant teams. Verify and consolidate the CFW labor list. Assign CFW labor according to the supervisor's requests while maintaining the rotation policy. Maintain daily attendance for CFW labor using the KoBo tool at the camp level. Support the Information Management (IM) Team for verifying the bi-weekly CFW payment beneficiary list. Assist the finance unit in the CFW payment process. Facilitate community meetings and engage in participatory approaches related to site care and maintenance activities. Document activities accurately. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Key Requirements Completed secondary education from an accredited institution. Experience in a refugee camp or similar environment is a plus. Good communication skills in the local language. Experience with humanitarian organizations is advantageous.
