This is an exciting opportunity to create, innovate, and manage all aspects related to Bangladeshi food, working alongside a team of dedicated professionals. Job Responsibilities: Plan and prepare the daily Bangla food menu as per organizational standards. Cook and present traditional and modern Bangladeshi dishes consistently. Maintain taste, quality, and presentation of all Bangla food items. Innovate and develop new recipes and introduce creative dishes. Manage stock levels and raise indents for necessary ingredients and supplies. Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards are maintained. Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to improve skills and efficiency. Control production costs and reduce wastage through proper resource utilization. Required Skills: Expertise in preparing authentic Bangladeshi cuisine. In-depth knowledge of ingredients, spices, and traditional cooking techniques. Creativity in developing new recipes and enhancing menu variety. Strong team leadership and kitchen management skills. Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume production efficiently. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Basic Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Food Production. Specialized training or certification in Bangladeshi cuisine will be an added advantage.
