Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook different types of Dosa, including Masala Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Egg Dosa, Plain Dosa, etc.
- Create and serve various egg dishes such as omelets, egg curry, boiled egg dishes, egg bhurji, egg toast, etc.
- Ensure excellent taste, portion, and hygienic preparation of every dish
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Innovate and introduce new Dosa and egg dishes to enhance menu variety
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operation during peak hours
- Control waste and manage raw material usage efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of timely restocking
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items
