Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes from Western, Thai, Chinese, and Bangladeshi cuisines. Ensure all food is cooked according to restaurant standards and served to optimum quality. Maintain strict adherence to health, hygiene, and food safety practices as per company and regulatory guidelines. Innovate by creating new menu items and providing suggestions for seasonal or promotional dishes. Supervise kitchen assistants and maintain order in busy kitchen environments. Monitor food inventory, reduce waste, and maximize ingredient usage effectively. Keep kitchen tools and workspaces clean and functional. Required Skills: Proficient in cooking Bangladeshi, Chinese, and Thai cuisines. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team effectively. Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a passion for culinary excellence. Qualifications: HSC diploma or similar level in Hotel Management is preferred. Professional certification from the National Hotel and Tourism Training Institute (NHTTI) is required. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within the Hotel or Restaurant industry. Other Requirements: Must be between 20 to 45 years old. Able to provide leadership and coordination with kitchen staff. Willingness to work under pressure and flexible hours. Energetic, responsible, and possess good character. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in traditional and corporate restaurant settings. Salary and Benefits: Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
