Job Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements.

Innovate eco-friendly or fire-retardant foam technologies to meet modern consumer demands. Conduct thorough physical and chemical testing on foam samples to ensure they meet stringent industry standards (ASTM, ISO). Analyze test results and modify formulations for optimal performance. Collaborate with production teams to scale lab formulas into full manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements for process efficiency. Setup and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality testing. Maintain comprehensive records of formulations, test results, and batch data, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (REACH, RoHS). Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding foam performance and applications. Stay updated on the latest foam technologies and raw materials, participating in industry conferences and training sessions. Requirements: Master's degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in Organic Chemistry.
