We are currently seeking a dedicated and competent professional for the role of Chemist – Liquid Paint.Develop and formulate various types of liquid paints including decorative, industrial, and protective coatings.Conduct laboratory tests to assess product performance, durability, and quality consistency.Perform inspections of raw materials, ensure in-process control, and maintain the quality of final products.Provide ongoing technical support to the production team, addressing any issues and implementing process improvements.Maintain thorough documentation and product data sheets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Job Requirements:Must hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.3 to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically in the paint industry.Ages of applicants should be between 28 to 40 years, preferably male candidates.Essential Skills:Strong foundation in both organic and inorganic chemistry, as well as proficiency in resin and solvent systems.Expertise in liquid paint formulation and ability to conduct lab tests effectively.Experience with quality control and product development.Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with innovation in product development and customer service.Familiarity with documentation processes and compliance management.Areas of Expertise:Formulating both water-based and solvent-based liquid paints.Testing and selecting raw materials such as resins, pigments, solvents, and additives.Optimizing processes for the production of liquid paints.Providing technical support for both production and customer inquiries.Job Benefits:Transport Allowance and Mobile Bill Coverage.Annual Salary Review.Festival Bonuses (2 annually).If you're passionate about paint manufacturing and are looking for an exhilarating opportunity, we encourage you to apply!How to Apply:Interested candidates should send their updated CV, along with a recent passport-sized photograph, to career@classicpaintsbd.com.
