Job Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, analysis, and execution of diverse government and private construction projects.
- Prepare detailed cash flow, ROI, and break-even analysis for projects.
- Utilize Gantt Charts and project management tools for financial planning.
- Develop long-term financial plans for the company.
- Prepare and present reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare feasibility reports for obtaining loans from banks.
- Analyze financial options to support robust financing decisions.

Job Responsibilities: Construction Project Finance: Lead budgeting, analysis, and execution of diverse government and private construction projects. Prepare detailed cash flow, ROI, and break-even analysis for projects. Utilize Gantt Charts and project management tools for financial planning. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop long-term financial plans for the company. Prepare and present reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Loan & Investment Analysis: Prepare feasibility reports for obtaining loans from banks. Analyze financial options to support robust financing decisions. Tender & Compliance Management: Prepare and review financial components of tenders. Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations (PPA, PPR). Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop effective mitigation plans. Analyze market fluctuations and interest rate impacts. General Accounting Oversight: Supervise accounts, oversee audits, and manage financial reconciliations. Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead the finance teams and collaborate with top management for strategic decisions. Who You Are: You hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, with professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CFA preferred. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, particularly in consulting firms, is essential.
