Job Description
Are you an experienced leader ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic organization? Hera Sweaters Limited is seeking a Chief Operation Officer who thrives on creating operational excellence and driving innovation within the garment industry. As part of our team, you will manage internal and external relationships, engage with key stakeholders, and ensure that our fashion design campaigns align with our established branding guidelines. In this role, your responsibilities will include: Manage key relationships with stakeholders and shareholders. We are looking for candidates with: A Bachelor’s Degree or higher. At least 15 years of experience in the garment/textile/sweater industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively with various departments. Experience in financial management. A passion for innovation and quality products. Additional Requirements: Only male candidates aged between 40 to 45 years will be considered. The position is full-time at our office in Sonargaon, Narayanganj, and offers a negotiable salary.
