Job Responsibilities
- Review existing IT operations and internal processes, collect and analyze data to provide solutions to enhance IT services and operations.
- Strategize to be up-to-date on the latest process and IT enhancements to measure and increase efficiency.
- Manage the entire IT activities ensuring the smooth running of the higher authority in the daily tasks.
- Propose and manage budgets for projects.
- Supervise the work of multiple teams.
- Plan and execute strategies for completing projects on time.
- Research and develop designs and products.
- Determine the need for training and talent development.
- Hire contractors and build teams.
- Implement business practices, metrics, and procedures to assure total quality of the products and services provided by the team.
- Provide project oversight to achieve quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Work under general direction and have direct and indirect supervisory responsibility.
Job Description
