KPJ Specialized Hospital & Nursing College is seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to oversee our essential hospital utilities and make a significant impact on our infrastructure. Responsibilities:Utility Management: You will supervise the maintenance of essential hospital utilities such as drainage systems, water supply lines, and waste disposal infrastructure. This ensured that everything functions properly and safely for our patients and staff.Landscaping and Site Development: Maintain the hospital grounds, including roads, walkways, and parking areas, ensuring accessibility for patients and emergency vehicles.Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and biomedical engineering teams to ensure that all new projects and maintenance tasks are well-coordinated.Emergency Response: Be the first point of contact for any structural emergencies, coordinating a rapid repair team when necessary.Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all building plans, inspections, repairs, and project documentation for compliance and reference.Contractor Management: Vet and supervise external contractors ensuring adherence to hospital policies.
