Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a specialization in Structural and Retrofit projects to join the Libra Group of Companies. Our ideal candidate should have a passion for construction and engineering, alongside strong leadership capabilities. This role is crucial as you will supervise various construction and facility maintenance projects.Responsibilities include:Supervising all construction and structure works related to Civil Engineering, Steel fabrication, Electrical installations, and other Industrial processes.Planning, managing, and preparing work programs for the construction and general maintenance of facilities.Monitoring and ensuring the quality of all construction works.Preparing comparative statements of materials and their quality.Supervising tasks involving Structural, Electrical, Electromechanical systems, and Plumbing within the facility.Maintaining and monitoring safety measures during work progress.Managing procurement and purchase of materials required for construction and maintenance.Training and advising workers to uplift their skills.Handling local obstacles pertaining to construction activities.Any other duties assigned by management.This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.Required Qualifications:B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.10-15 years of relevant experience in Civil Construction, particularly in Structural and Retrofit work.Experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Equipment, and Healthcare sectors is a plus.Strong command of AutoCAD and construction software.Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.Benefits:Mobile bill compensation.Partially subsidized lunch facilities.Annual salary reviews.Provident fund benefits.Working environment that values adaptability and teamwork.We encourage all qualified candidates to apply today as we expand our contributions to structural engineering in Bangladesh.
