Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise & monitor all civil construction works.
  • Prepare schedule and assign work to construction personnel.
  • Coordination among all concern people or party to complete the work in time according to design and drawing.
  • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
  • Cost estimate of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
  • Monitor and control usage of material quantities & qualities.
  • Prepare and verify contractor's bills.
  • Ensure cost control and time management.
  • Keep record of all materials used at site.
  • Prepare BOQ for any construction work.
  • Daily basis reporting to the higher management is mandatory.

Job Context: Noapara Group is a well-reputed company in Bangladesh with over forty years of experience in the industry. We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our office in Jashore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on significant construction projects and make a difference in the community.Job Responsibilities:Plan, supervise, and monitor all civil construction works.Prepare schedules and assign tasks to construction personnel.Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure the timely completion of projects according to the design specifications.Resolve unexpected technical difficulties that may arise during projects.Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, and other data to plan projects effectively.Estimate project costs for materials and labor.Monitor material usage for quality and quantity control.Prepare and verify contractor bills for payment.Ensure adherence to cost control and time management standards.Maintain records of materials used at the job site.Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for any construction work.Report daily progress to upper management.Requirements:Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.Experience: Minimum of 4 years in relevant fields, including experience in Pharmaceutical, Tannery, Real Estate, Cement Industry, or similar.Skills: Strong drawing and structural design skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, and excellent leadership and communication abilities.Age: At least 25 years.Benefits:Travel Allowance and Mobile Bill.Annual Salary Review.Festival Bonuses (2).This position is Full Time, and you will be expected to work primarily at the office located in Jashore.We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
