Position Overview:We are looking for a Client Management Executive (Female Only) to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively, engage prospects with our legal services, and ensure a seamless communication flow. Your role will be pivotal in building trust and rapport with our clientele, enhancing their service experience with us. Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to client inquiries. Provide accurate information and explanations regarding our services. Document all interactions in our systems meticulously. Assist in drafting legal documents and conduct legal research. Provide administrative support as required. Attend client meetings and briefings regularly. Stay updated on industry trends and legal practice developments. Engage in tasks assigned by management. Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom), Business Administration (BBA), or Master’s degree (MBA). Experience: 1 to 4 years in related fields, including Law Firms, Immigration Consultancy, or Call Centers. Age: 25 to 34 years. Gender: Applicants must be Female. Required Skills: Effective client relationship management skills. Strong communication abilities in English and Bengali. Technical proficiency with basic computer applications.
