Job Description

Bliz Information Technology is seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to oversee property preservation and maintenance projects. This role is integral to ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational excellence. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a robust background in property management and demonstrate the ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and projects. Full training will be provided to support your success in this position.Your responsibilities will include:Effectively manage and maintain successful relationships with clients and vendors involved in property projects.Oversee team management, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals.Conduct price negotiations with vendors to ensure competitive pricing.Implement and monitor quality control measures across all projects.Maintain and enforce project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.To be successful in this role, you need:At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in IT Enabled Services.A Bachelor’s or Honors degree.
