Assist in generating leads and converting inquiries into appointments to drive business growth. Required Skills: Proven experience in customer service, ideally in the beauty or wellness industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach. Attention to detail to manage appointments and records efficiently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking under pressure. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Job Requirements: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
