In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, delivering Tier 1 Support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction by addressing their inquiries and concerns.Actively listening to client concerns and understanding their needs to provide targeted support.Delivering accurate and timely responses to client queries via email, live chat, and phone calls.Escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary to resolve client issues swiftly.Conducting follow-ups diligently to ensure that client concerns are addressed in a professional and timely manner.Work Environment:This role requires you to work on a roster-based schedule to facilitate round-the-clock support coverage, as our clients are located across various time zones.Necessary Skills:To be successful in this position, you will need exceptional communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage multiple support channels effectively. This role is crucial for fostering strong client relationships and building a high level of trust among our customers.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a software or IT enabled service company.
