Job Description
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference? Light of Hope Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Co-ordinator to join our team at Kids Time Centre located in Dhanmondi, Dhaka. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee education quality, drive student enrolment, and ensure zero dropouts while managing timely fee collection.As a Co-ordinator, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional educational services. Your responsibilities will include:Demo Classes & Enrolment: Conduct engaging demo classes, interact with parents, and convert leads into enrolments.Zero Dropout & Engagement: Monitor student progress, address concerns, and maintain regular parent communication to ensure retention.Fee Collection: Ensure timely monthly fee collection and manage late fees.Administration: Track enrollment, attendance, and report performance to the Head of Kids Time.Team Coordination: Support teachers to deliver high-quality education and mentor staff.Additionally, you will be evaluated on key performance indicators such as high trial class enrollment conversion, zero dropout rate, and parent feedback. Salary: BDT 20,000 – 35,000 per month with added incentives such as BDT 3,000 for maintaining zero dropouts and BDT 100 per new enrolment.This is a full-time position with flexible hours based on class schedules. The role includes probation of 6 months, during which performance-based incentives will be reviewed.Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in educational leadership.
