Job Responsibilities
- Monitor repayment schedules for financed businesses to ensure timely collections.
- Identify overdue accounts and promptly initiate follow-up actions via phone calls, written notices, and field visits.
- Engage with businesses to negotiate and implement feasible repayment arrangements, ensuring compliance with Shariah guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and updated recovery records in the company’s system, ensuring transparency for management and investors.
- Prepare regular reports on repayment status, delinquency trends, and overall recovery performance.
- Coordinate with Legal & Compliance teams for escalation and resolution of non-performing accounts.
- Provide the due diligence team with insights on repayment behavior to strengthen future business selection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while reinforcing repayment discipline.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care and Accounts departments to ensure access to the latest financial and client information, enabling accurate recovery actions and early identification of potential risks.
- Contribute feedback and recommendations to management for improving recovery policies, systems, and preventive strategies.
