Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring overall activities of the Export section.
- Monitoring all activities of the Import section.
- Coordinating with all activities of the Commercial department including Export, Import, Customs, Bank, Audit, BKMEA, BGMEA, and EPB sections.
- Regularly coordinating with the Marketing & Merchandising department and Accounts & Finance department for shipment schedules and fund management activities.
- Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management for necessary action.
- Monitoring overall activities of the commercial department and coordinating activities with other departments and external parties such as government offices and audit firms.

Job Description

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Anywhere in Bangladesh. Your primary responsibilities will include: Monitoring overall activities of the export section.Overseeing activities of the import section.Coordinating with all sections of the Commercial department including Export, Import, Customs, Audit, and Marketing.Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management.Ensuring effective communication with top management and participating in executive meetings.Managing correspondence regarding export documents with local buying houses and foreign buyers.Organizing all necessary documentation to facilitate import and export transactions. To qualify for this role, you should possess: A Bachelor or Honours degree in a relevant field.At least 10 years of proven experience in a similar role, particularly in Garment Accessories.Strong managerial and communication skills.Proficiency in preparing commercial documents and reports.
