Job Description
Nourish Foods Ltd., part of the esteemed Khaled Group of Companies, is on the lookout for a highly skilled Commercial Manager to spearhead our commercial operations with a focus on import management, supplier relationships, and much more.As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing and overseeing all commercial functions, particularly focusing on import-related activities.Developing strategic commercial plans that align with our organizational objectives, supported by thorough market and competitor analysis.Conducting international sourcing, procurement, vendor negotiations, and managing Letter of Credit (LC) processes.Ensuring compliance with customs laws, international trade regulations, and food safety standards.Fostering and maintaining strong partnerships with both domestic and international suppliers, logistics agents, and regulatory bodies.Analyzing market dynamics, pricing trends, and risk factors to optimize costs.Collaborating with internal departments such as finance, supply chain, logistics, and production to ensure seamless operations.Generating and presenting commercial reports to support management decision-making.Qualifications and Skills Required:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in commercial and import operations, preferably in the food or agro sector.Strong command of the English language, particularly in communication.In-depth knowledge of international trade practices, LC operations, and customs regulations.Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and analytical thinking.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Familiarity with the food/FMCG industry and understanding of food market trends and distribution systems.What We Offer:Competitive salary packageMobile phone and SIM allowanceAnnual salary reviewsTwo-yearly festival bonusesProvident fund and other end-of-service benefitsIf you’re excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply to join our dynamic team!
