Job Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, detailed packing lists, UD, IC, and draft BL.
- Create CO (certificate of origin), NOC, GSP, CO/SAFTA/AFTA and manage all associated documentation.
- Handle all invoices, PL, B/L, and shipping documents, liaising with banks and respective offices.
- Collect quotations from freight forwarders and other parties as necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive export documents required for customs, banks, and buyers, including bills of exchange, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.
- Send payment requests to buyers and follow up on payments received.
- Perform online booking confirmatory actions against export consignments.
- Manage EPB-related activities and document preparation.
- Engage with buyers, buying offices, shipping lines, and freight forwarders through various communication channels.
- Verify customers' LCs as per purchase order terms and prepare necessary documentation.
- Support the manager in day-to-day commercial activities and any other assignments as required.

Strong understanding of commercial documentation best practices. Familiarity with HS codes, customs acts, import/export policies, and related laws.
