SAKAIMEX LTD is a reputable company engaged in importing boiler machines from the USA and is an authorized dealer of Cleaver-Brooks, USA. About the Role: The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English, and will be responsible for: Maintaining relationships with internal and external parties by providing support, information, and guidance. Leading communication and managing liaison with customers regarding queries and updates. Preparing offers for clients and keeping store records up to date. Managing correspondence, filing (both hard & soft copies), and record-keeping. Effectively serving as the link between internal and external parties. Supporting administrative tasks and managing HR responsibilities such as attendance and leave records. Managing vendor dealings and resolving delivery issues. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Performing any tasks assigned by the supervisor. Key Requirements: Education: A Level, BA in English, BBA, or equivalent. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, but freshers are also encouraged to apply. Skills Required: Proficiency in Email Communications, MS Office, and Good Communication Skills. AGE REQUIREMENT: At most 30 years old, and this position is for males only. Job Location and Type: This is a full-time position based in Dhaka (Gulshan). The role requires working at the office. Compensation and Benefits: Mobile bill support, insurance, and travel allowance. Festival bonuses: 2 per year. Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience).
