Job Responsibilities
- Follow NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines.
- Assist mentor teachers in reaching students effectively.
- Support mentor teachers in ensuring student enrollment.
- Help mentor teachers confirm attendance according to registrations.
- Conduct home visits for all students and assist in organizing parent meetings.
- Ensure parental participation in meetings, supporting mentor teachers.
- Help mentor teachers in tracking student progress.
- Maintain professional behavior at work (punctuality, hygiene, and communication).
- Support mentor teachers in preparing learning spaces and ensuring a conducive environment.
- Participate in center management meetings, training/workshops, and monthly meetings.
- Report information regarding students needing special assistance.
- Assist mentor teachers to ensure assessments meet outlined guidance.
- Maintain records and store data following the data protection policy.
- Provide daily progress updates and reports to supervisors.
- Attend various events organized by donors and teams.
- Perform any other duties as required.

Join Us as a Community Mobilizer!The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Mobilizer to join our team in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. This position is integral to our mission of providing essential services to Rohingya refugees and local communities.
