Job Responsibilities
- Select target beneficiaries following the selection criteria and beneficiary registration online.
- Organize FFBS sessions, community consultation meetings, and court-yard sessions regularly.
- Coordinate with LGI and communities.
- Group formation and selection of group leaders with regular mobilization of beneficiary groups.
- Distribute inputs among selected beneficiary groups.
- Follow up on livelihood activities and provide technical assistance.
- Assist in implementing infrastructure and renewable energy interventions.
- Collect and enter data for various studies through CARE Track.
- Arrange meetings at the ward and union level to orient project activities.
- Maintain registers and meeting resolutions.
- Conduct need assessments at the field level along with GPS data.
- Assist in the distribution of income-generating assets to target households.

Job Description
CARE Bangladesh, a leading humanitarian organization, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Supervisor for its project titled ‘Nature Based Adaptation towards Prosperous and Adept Lives & Livelihoods in Bangladesh (NABAPALLAB)’. This role involves mobilizing communities in Ecologically Critical Areas (ECA) such as the Sundarbans and Hakaluki Haor to enhance climate resilience and biodiversity conservation. Select target beneficiaries based on established criteria and manage their registration online. Facilitate community consultations and organize regular meetings. Work closely with Local Government Institutions (LGI) and community members. Form groups and select leaders, ensuring continuous engagement of beneficiary groups. Distribute inputs among beneficiaries and follow up on their agriculture, aquaculture, and livestock activities. Assist in implementing renewable energy projects and conduct surveys for data collection. Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of activities. Conduct need assessments and participate actively in community mobilization efforts. Requirements: Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in development, especially in frontline positions like Community Mobilizer. Education: Minimum Higher Secondary education. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and good command of the local language. Understanding of gender equity, inclusion, and community dynamics. Why Join Us?
