Exciting Opportunity!Join LAMB, a leading mission hospital in Northern Bangladesh, as a Consultant in Medicine. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our medicine department and make a real difference in the lives of disadvantaged communities.Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of senior and junior doctors caring for in-patients and out-patients with a focus on general medicine.Perform essential investigations including ultrasound and echocardiograms.Provide emergency and on-call coverage, supporting junior doctors.Ensure quality care by following and updating clinical guidelines.Teach and supervise medical staff and paramedics.Participate in clinical audits, research, and quality maintenance projects.Strategically manage departmental resources and liaise with donors.Engage in networking and research initiatives nationally and internationally.Ideal Candidate:The successful candidate will possess:A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree.Registration with BMDC.Good verbal and written communication skills in English.Completion of a PG degree, preferably FCPS or MD in Internal Medicine or Cardiology.A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in well-reputed hospitals.Aged up to 45 years.Work Details:This position is full-time, with office-based work at our facility located in Parbatipur, Dinajpur.
