Job Description
SETU, a prominent national level organization in Bangladesh, is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Coordinator Audit. This role is pivotal for overseeing their Micro Finance Program’s audit department across multiple districts, ensuring compliance and the effective management of audit processes. Provide management and oversight of audit teams for quality assurance. Conduct audits, reviews, and engagement procedures efficiently and professionally. Implement and develop audit manuals and policies. Supervise and perform operational and financial audits in line with the annual audit plan. Review all transactions within the Micro Finance Program for accuracy and compliance. Prepare regular audit reports: monthly, quarterly, and annually. Carry out any additional duties as allocated by management. Work Station: You will be primarily based at SETU's Kushtia office, with extensive field visits required to various operational sites. Terms and Conditions: The selected candidate must possess a valid motorcycle driving license as travel is essential. Entitlements include a festival bonus, CPF, gratuity, daily lunch allowance, and other benefits. Preference will be given to non-smokers. Qualifications: Master of Commerce (MCom) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. Certifications such as CA (CC) will be preferred. Training in Financial Management is advantageous. Experience with AIS & MIS tools specific to microfinance is preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills, notably in Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills are essential. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a development organization.
