Job Responsibilities
- Assess patient and make treatment sessions plan and provide psychological treatment
- Follow up, assess the problems and provide support regarding problems and prepare the progress report
- Actively involve and facilitate MDT interventions for psychological consultation and manage the referral cases
- Document on the progression of activities
- Arrange health education for individuals and groups
- Provide vocational trainees retention and coping counseling service
- Prepare monthly activity plan and report to supervisor

Job Description
About the Position: CRP is seeking a dedicated Counsellor to join our team in Dhaka, where you will play a vital role in providing psychological services to patients and stakeholders. In this position, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional support and treatment. As a Counsellor, you will be expected to: Assess patients' needs and create personalized treatment plans. Conduct follow-ups and provide ongoing support while documenting progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care. Facilitate health education and psycho-education sessions for individuals and groups. Assist in vocational retention and coping counseling services. Prepare and submit monthly activity reports to your supervisor. Support the outpatient team in emergency response and organizational development. Required Qualifications: Minimum of an M.Sc in Psychology or a related field from a recognized university. At least 2 years of relevant experience in NGO or Development Agency settings. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Willingness to work in a team environment and face challenges positively. What CRP Offers: Full-time employment with a monthly salary of Tk. 30,420. Yearly salary review and festival bonuses.
