Job Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads regularly to provide guidance.

- Build strong relationships with customers both over the phone and in person.
- Host seminars with prospective students to promote services and provide information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information.

About the RoleAre you passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals? Scholars Zone is seeking a dedicated Counsellor to join our dynamic team in our Gulshan branch. In this role, you will consult with students and their families regarding study abroad opportunities, particularly in countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.Provide consultations via phone and in person to guide students through admission procedures.Regularly follow up with leads to ensure proper guidance and maximize conversion rates.Create and maintain client profiles, manage a visitors database, and conduct follow-ups.Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication.Organize and host seminars to promote our services and assist prospective students.Ensure confidentiality of all customer information.Prepare admission documents and maintain organized files.Conduct marketing and promotional activities through various channels.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.Preference given to graduates from North South University, BRAC University, American International University Bangladesh, East West University, and United International University.Requirements:Aged between 22 to 40 years.1-5 years of experience in Education Consultancy or Immigration Processing.Excellent communication and consultancy skills.Experience in sales calling is advantageous.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Monthly salary between Tk. 30,000 - 40,000.Opportunities for career growth and development in the education consultancy field.A supportive and dynamic work environment.If you are ready to make a difference in students' lives and assist them in navigating their academic futures, apply now!For more information about Scholars Zone and our services, visit our website!
