As a Counselor, you will play a critical role in guiding students toward the right educational paths, helping them make informed decisions about their futures. Making phone calls and managing all incoming and outgoing calls as per the caller's needs. Handling each client with utmost care and sincerity. Effectively communicating with customers, especially critical clients, using gentle and professional communication skills. Possessing exceptional convincing skills to assist students in making informed decisions. Maintaining and updating a client database accurately. Setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals for client consultations. Planning daily tasks and managing reports efficiently. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Honors degree is required. Desired Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time. A highly honest, energetic, dedicated, and polite demeanor with a positive personality. Comfortability with handling sensitive information confidentially.
