Job Description
IFA Associates is seeking two passionate Counselors to join our dynamic team in Dhaka. As a Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their travel and immigration processes, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and support. You will be based at our office located at Kamlapur, where you will interact directly with clients and help them navigate various services. Provide counseling to clients regarding travel arrangements, immigration procedures, and visa applications. Assist clients in understanding their options and guide them through the process. Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and counseling sessions. Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the travel and immigration sectors. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali. Strong customer service orientation. Proficient in computer graphics and office software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. Experience in travel or immigration-related businesses is desirable. Qualifications: At least a Higher Secondary Certificate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Relevant experience of up to 2 years in a similar role would be an advantage. Freshers are encouraged to apply as well.
