Job Description

Responsibilities: Inform clients about our services via phone and face-to-face interactions. Process files and documentation (training will be provided). Communicate directly with customers and persuade them about our offerings. Ensure punctuality in attending the office regularly. Required Skills: Strong customer relation skills. Expertise in customer support and client service. Proficiency in document processing and office management. Ability in training and development. Job Requirements: To be successful in your application, you will need: Aged between 20 to 36 years. A minimum of 1 year experience in immigration and education consultancy services. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Basic computer operation skills. Excellent communication skills, confidence in phone conversations, and a friendly demeanor.
