Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding any issue or query of studying abroad
- Counselor should have Positive helping attitude towards all clients
- Will be playing key roles in client’s understanding of study queries and other opportunities in abroad
- Handling a high volume of immigration related matters
- Convince to clients by telemarketing with motivational capability
- The Counselor should have Patience, time knowledge and teamwork capability
- Ability to take challenge to achieve the target
- Attend students face to face/via phone/email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up student enquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required
- Carryout the marketing promotions both offline & online
- Support and be active in education exhibition, fair, and seminar
- Doing Face Live and Making Video Content for Promotion
- Perform any task assigned by the management

Job Overview Are you passionate about helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad? Sangen Edu Ltd. is looking for dedicated Counselors to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their educational journey abroad. Responsibilities Counsel students on various issues related to studying abroad. Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude towards all clients. Engage with clients to help them understand study queries and opportunities abroad. Handle a myriad of immigration-related matters professionally. Utilize telemarketing techniques to convince potential clients with motivational conversations. Demonstrate patience, collaboration, and teamwork in daily tasks. Address inquiries from students through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or emails in a timely manner. Follow up on student inquiries, requests, or complaints, ensuring they receive the necessary information and assistance. Participate in marketing promotions, both online and offline. Assist actively in educational exhibitions, fairs, and seminars. Produce engaging video content for promotional purposes. Undertake other tasks as assigned by management. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Demonstrated experience in education counseling. Computer literacy and tech-savviness. A strong sense of discipline and focus on productivity. Ability to address challenges creatively to achieve targets.
