Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalized counselling to students regarding UK & Australian universities, academic programs, and admission requirements.
- Assess students' eligibility based on academic criteria, admission requirements, and visa regulations.
- Manage student admission processes and maintain consistent communication with both students and university representatives.
- Stay informed about UK & Australian education policies, scholarships, and study opportunities.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including education fairs and events.
- Keep records updated in CRM and submit regular progress reports.
- Maintain regular contact, provide updates, reminders, and solve client queries.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
