Job Responsibilities
- Assist in processing and analyzing credit proposals in compliance with the Bank’s Credit Policy and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment on prospective and existing borrowers.
- Prepare necessary documentation and credit appraisal reports for management approval.
- Monitor borrower accounts and repayment performance to ensure risk mitigation.
- Liaise with various banking segments to facilitate credit operations.
- Ensure all credit facilities comply with KYC, CIB, and regulatory requirements.
- Support portfolio maintenance and audit compliance of credit files.
- Collaborate with Recovery, Risk Management, and Legal Divisions in the event of defaults.
- Execute other duties as required by management.

Postgraduate degree and any relevant Professional Qualifications will be considered advantageous. At least 2 years experience in banking credit analysis or loan operations. Strong analytical skills and detailed knowledge of Bangladesh Bank guidelines. Age not exceeding 45 years as of September 30, 2025.
