Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Education: Bachelor/Honors degree. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a relevant field, especially in BPO or call center environments. Skills: Proficient in customer service, effective communication, sales strategies, and telecommunication services. Able to type efficiently and work with CRM software.
