Position: Customer Care Executive (Female) We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Care Executive to join our team. If you are someone who is passionate about customer service and enjoys helping others, this role is perfect for you! As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions. Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a polite, professional manner. Utilize call scripts as needed while maintaining a natural conversation. Assess client needs and provide suitable solutions, ensuring to follow up until issues are resolved. Upsell relevant property offers when it genuinely benefits the client. Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners. Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our CRM and Google Sheets. Participate in team meetings and quick learning sessions to enhance skills. Achieve personal and team targets while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly. Expected KPIs: Response speed and call quality. Follow-up completion rate. Lead conversion from inquiry through to booking. Customer satisfaction (CSAT) ratings. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in customer care, tele-sales, or front desk roles. Clear speaking style with a friendly tone; patience under pressure. Proficiency in Bangla; basic English is a plus. Organized and dependable with a basic understanding of spreadsheets and CRMs. Ability to meet targets and improve KPIs over time.
