Job Responsibilities

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional support. Customer Service Representative Requirements: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Ability to stay calm during stressful situations with customers. Comfortable using computers and other digital tools. Prior experience in customer support is an advantage. Working Conditions: This is a Full-Time position requiring on-site work at our office located in Dhaka, particularly in the Bonosree area. We welcome candidates who reside in locations such as South Bonosree, Badda, Khilgaon, Rampura, and Malibag.
