Job Description
Greehobazar, a rapidly growing e-commerce enterprise, is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Customer Care Executive to help manage and enhance our customer interactions. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional service as we navigate the online sales landscape. We are searching for individuals with a passion for helping others, adept communication skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.Job Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via inbox, calls, and chat, providing product information and addressing queries.Receive orders and accurately enter them into our system.Confirm orders and send them to the delivery team for processing.Collect and maintain essential customer details, including addresses and contact numbers.Effectively handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring to report them when necessary.Prepare reports and maintain data on orders, delivery status, etc.Collaborate and work with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.Adhere to company rules and regulations during working hours.Requirements:Educational qualifications include:Diploma in Business StudiesDiploma in CommerceBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Science (BSc)Strong computer skills and relevant certification is required.Experience:1 to 3 years in a relevant position, particularly in a call center environment.Skills Required:Proficient in computer operations.Strong language skills in both Bengali and English.Familiarity with MS Office.Good negotiation abilities.Excellent time management.Typing skills in both Bengali and English.Additional Requirements:Age between 20 to 27 years.Male candidates are preferred.Location:Dhaka (Jigatola)Benefits:Annual salary review.Two festival bonuses paid out.Eid bonus payable after 6 months based on work efficiency.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply immediately as we are eager to fill this position by September 3, 2025.
