- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments in a respectful and persuasive manner.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all types of customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, service requests, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, sales, operations) to resolve customer issues.
