This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and work in a supportive environment.Work Type: Full-time desk job with a requirement of 10.5 hours daily.Job Location: Our office is conveniently situated near Pallabi Metro Station in Mirpur-12, Dhaka.Job Responsibilities:Collecting orders and assisting customers with their inquiries.Providing timely and accurate information regarding products and services.Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor when communicating with customers.Resolving customer concerns efficiently and effectively.Collaborating with other team members to meet performance goals.Requirements:Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Experience: At least 1 year in customer care, preferably in a group of companies.
