As a Customer Care Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing Information: Greet patients and visitors warmly. Offer accurate information regarding departments, doctors, and floors. Assist with appointment-related queries and explain the hospital's rules and procedures. Receiving Patient Complaints or Suggestions: Listen to patients or their relatives' complaints. Forward concerns to the relevant department and work towards resolving issues promptly. Collect feedback to ensure patient satisfaction. Enhancing Service Quality: Monitor patient satisfaction closely. Ensure a prompt and humane response to service requests. Regularly assess and strive to improve the quality of services provided by the hospital. Language Assistance: Facilitate understanding for patients or relatives who may have language barriers by providing local language support. This is a Full Time, office-based position located in Dhaka (Patuatuli). We welcome applications from individuals aged 20 to 40 years, regardless of gender. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Higher Secondary education. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and has excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer service is a plus, although not mandatory. The salary for this position is Negotiable.
