As our Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our services.Job Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management: Be the primary contact for clients, attend to their inquiries, and ensure they are satisfied with our services.Assist new clients in navigating our services, keeping their profiles updated.Proactively suggest additional services or products that suit the clients’ needs.Basic Accounting Responsibilities: Manage invoicing processes, ensure timely payments, and help prepare monthly financial reports to maintain accurate accounts.Communicate with clients regarding overdue invoices and follow up on pending payments diplomatically.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Experience in Customer Support or Call Center roles.Fluent in Bengali.Good organizational abilities, especially related to financial record-keeping.We require candidates aged 18 to 25 years, preferably female. Our ideal candidate is friendly, patient, organized, and able to adapt quickly to new tasks.
