We are looking for 4 dedicated individuals to become part of our dynamic Customer Service Team. Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer (Full-time, Office Based) Job Location: Darus Salam, Mirpur, Dhaka Company: Mehzin Handle customer queries through various channels including Facebook/Instagram, the company website, and phone calls. Confirm online orders and manage associated booking payments. Communicate effectively with customers over the phone; strong telecommunication skills are necessary. Prepare and submit daily reports to the Team Leader. Maintain a professional demeanor that enhances customer experience. Education Requirements: Minimum HSC Pass (A Bachelor’s degree is preferred). Skills Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English. Excellent telecommunication skills with a polite and convincing tone. Computer literacy, including fast typing skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Excel. Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or E-commerce settings is advantageous.
