If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love interacting with people, this job might be perfect for you!Responsibilities:Land project/Real Estate Marketing/Sales related work.Handle all communication – calls, emails, and messages – with clarity, professionalism, and discretion.Provide daily coordination support to Management, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and confidentially.Collaborate with internal teams to manage all logistics related to MD meetings – from booking rooms to ensuring seamless tech setup.Report to Management.Search for new clients and expand our customer base.Office Operations:Monitor and manage office supply needs and equipment orders for the MD’s workspace.Maintain organized, accessible, and up-to-date management files and documentation.Act as a liaison between the MD’s office and external stakeholders.Support internal initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and special projects assigned by the Managing Director.Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in client service and marketing.Experience in customer relations and receptionist duties.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Job Requirements:The ideal candidate should possess:Education: Bachelor/Honors or A Level.Experience: 1 to 5 years in Public Relation Companies, Real Estate, or Call Center.
