Job OverviewParents Care Limited is excited to announce an opening for the position of Customer Service Agent (Call Center). This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and confident individuals who are eager to provide the highest level of service to customers. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing social media inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Candidates should be fluent in both English and Bangla, capable of delivering outstanding service through excellent communication skills.Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests via calls and social media in both Bengali and English.Manage online sales processes and follow up to ensure timely delivery.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information utilizing the appropriate tools.Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to cultivate long-term relationships.Refer unresolved issues to the appropriate persons within the organization for further investigation.Ensure customer satisfaction and create an enjoyable experience in a professional manner.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Report to the concerned supervisor regarding complicated issues in a timely manner.Employment Status:This recruitment will take place under a short-term contractual agreement for four months, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
