We’re Hiring! Join Our Team as a Customer Service ExecutiveAre you passionate about helping students study abroad? This is your chance to be part of a fast-growing education consultancy that’s changing lives globally!If selected for this role, you will:Assist students with their overseas education admissions.Provide excellent customer service while counseling students.Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.Collaborate with educational institutions to facilitate student admissions.Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.Support students throughout the admission process.Keep detailed records of student interactions and admissions.Raise awareness about the services offered by the organization.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Age: 20 to 30 years.0 to 1 year experience (Freshers can apply!).Basic knowledge of university admission processes is preferred.Strong interest in student counselling or sales.Fluent in English (both spoken and written).Tech-savvy, smart, and eager to grow!Additional Skills Required:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone highly motivated, confident, and proactive.
