Join our team in Dhaka, and take pride in being part of a pioneering organization in the insurance sector of Bangladesh!Job Purpose: As a Customer Service Executive, you will actively contribute as part of a team to enhance the service experience for our group clients. You will handle assigned group clients, streamline processes, and ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.Key Roles and Responsibilities:A. Client Support:Manage the assigned client portfolio and provide team support as needed.Set clear objectives and ensure efficient task completion. Handle client complaints promptly, ensuring effective resolutions.Liaise with HR/Corporate representatives of client organizations to resolve queries related to coverage, policy terms, and employee benefits.Provide comprehensive servicing of group insurance policies, covering onboarding, premium collection, endorsements, renewal negotiations, claims coordination, reinsurance, medical underwriting, and database management.Maintain strong communication with clients, medical partners, and internal teams to address issues effectively.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Stay updated on group life and medical insurance products.B.
